We recently had the flooring changed out in our bungalow. The overall experience was great, and the 5 star rating, well deserved. A couple of things I think are worth mentioning: At the time of booking, the material must be paid in full, and a 50% deposit on labour is required. We expected a deposit, just not 72% of the estimate. The other item was communication. Our delivery was set for 10:30am. I called in at noon and the delivery was finally made at 1:30 that afternoon. Otherwise everything was a positive experience. John, came out to measure up our house for an estimate, and we immediately felt at ease. We didn’t really know what to expect, and he took the time to explain what we needed to do to prepare for the job, and what we could expect from them. Once we decided on Quality Red Tag, we visited the show room and were shown a wide variety of products, that seemed overwhelming at times. Jeffery and Sean patiently walked us through the various choices finally helping us settle on laminate. The installation team, Yasir and Omar, arrived and once again we were put at ease. Yasir was able to give us a pretty good understanding of the work and worked with us throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and skilled workers. Yasir kept us updated on his progress and discussed concerns. You will be hard pressed to find nicer people to work with.

We recently  replaced our flooring throughout our residence  and elected to use the services of Quality Red Tag Flooring... this was an excellent experience  - all the way from the estimator John to the Sales Manager Jeffrey  and finally the installers... the crews were experienced, arrived exactly as scheduled and result was an excellent installation. Jeff and John were very helpful and courteous and went above and beyond in ensuring the whole deliver and installation process went smoothly. They also followed up regularly and provided an in depth description of the costs and rationale behind it. The delivery team and working crew were also attentive and paid close attention to detail. I highly recommend Quality Red Tag Floors! They came recommended by several family members who used them in the past, but I did my homework and gathered other quotes for comparison. We found them to be most affordable and Jeff was so transparent about including any potential extra costs we may encounter (floor levelling, etc.). Jeff was extremely knowledgable, spending lots of time explaining the different types of flooring options. He was also so patient and accommodating as I took weeks to contemplate different flooring colors - I even annoyed myself but he was always happy to take my calls! We ended up selecting vinyl plank flooring that Jeff recommended would complement our honey oak cabinetry, and his advice proved wise! The installation crew was meticulous, highly skilled and left a tidy workspace each day. They laid out the flooring with perfection, arranging the different colored wood planks beautifully! We are SO pleased with how our new floors turned out, thanks to Jeff and his team! We would absolutely use them again!
