The Prism collection has a resinous effect that combines the personality of this material with the resistance of porcelain stoneware. Basically, it is inspired by a hand-spatulated resin with great chromatic depth. Its elaborate and extremely realistic graphic details make it the ideal tile for spaces with a strong and elegant character. Its solid colors and velvety textures bring to life the suggestions of Italian culture with a more contemporary touch. The versatility of formats and colors of this collection allows arrangements where cold tones interact with each other in bright and sophisticated environments, while warmer tones convey feelings of comfort and warmth.
This piece comes from the Centura line, which Quality Red Tag Floors stocks at our Edmonton showroom on Roper Road. Browse more floor tiles in Edmonton, see the full Centura flooring in Edmonton, or stop by our Edmonton flooring showroom to compare in person.
Floor tile is rated to handle foot traffic and has a higher hardness rating (PEI). Wall tile is thinner and lighter and is not designed to be walked on. Floor tile can usually be used on walls, but wall tile should never go on the floor.
PEI 3 is fine for most residential floors. Entryways, kitchens, and commercial spaces should use PEI 4 or 5. Walls and backsplashes only need PEI 1 or 2. We will steer you to the right rating when you visit our Edmonton showroom.
Yes. Porcelain and ceramic tile are excellent over radiant heat because they conduct warmth evenly. Just make sure to follow the heating system manufacturer's ramp-up guidelines after grouting.
A typical bathroom or entryway runs two to four days, accounting for layout, setting, grout cure, and sealing. Larger kitchens and basements take longer. Our installer will give you an accurate timeline with your quote.
Sweep regularly and damp-mop with a mild neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic or harsh chemicals on natural stone or grout. Re-sealing grout every couple of years keeps it looking new.
